Mr. Raymond Kwok is the Chairman and MD of Kwok Group LLP, an investment & consulting company involved in trading, education, human resources and other activities.

He was the Independent Non-Executive Director of HSBC Insurance (Assets SGD6BN); Executive Advisor of Campbell Alliance, the consulting arm of InVentiv Health Group, with 14,000 colleagues in 40 countries; and a member of Asia Advisory Board of FLAG Capital (AUM USD5b).

He is Business Advisor to SEC Consult, one of the largest cyber security firms from Europe (with 150 staff members across 12 offices worldwide).

He is Advisor to Dr. Grace Kong Organization, Prudential and Advisor to Brian Tracy International (s), as well as a Business Advisor to QLIPP.

He was Managing Director of UOB Life Assurance Ltd., a fully-owned
subsidiary of United Oversees Bank Group and was with the company since 18 Aug 1990.

Mr.Kwok graduated with honors from Imperial College in London with a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) and is also an Associate of the Institute of Actuaries UK.
